NFL Ticket Broker Ratings
There are several ticket brokers that offer NFL tickets, but not all are created equal. Here’s the rundown on some of the field.
TicketLiquidator: Simply the best. One of TL’s slogans is that they like to perform to the “highest standards of customer-friendly web usability design” and in fairness, we cannot find much wrong with that statement! TicketLiquidator was originated as a project to coalesce the ticket sellers across America and the world, and to display this huge inventory on one site. It is quite an achievement that TL has managed to remain highly efficient while offering many personal touches, despite their huge popularity and growth. TicketLiquidator’s selection from the NFL schedule is exceptional.
Stubhub: Stubhub functions as a connective marketplace where people can buy and sell tickets. Recently bought by Ebay, Stubhub is in a transition period, and appears to be growing. Their prices are OK, and the customer service is around average. They are a large company and the challenge for them is to remain somewhat in touch with their customer base while maximizing growth.
Razorgator: Razorgator is a well-established ticketing company with connections to professional sports teams and venues. Their inventory may be shaped by this, and it is obvious they try to make as varied a choice of tickets as possible to their customers.
Ticketsnow: Ticketsnow has a smaller number of overall tickets than its competitors (such as TicketLiquidator), but they have kept a small and efficient business running fairly smoothly. They may cater to a more specific customer base than the rest, and their prices and service tend not to be as good as less limited NFL ticket brokers.
